2020 Results

Thanks to the hard work of the students and staff and the support of parents, most students at Avon Valley Academy have achieved results to really be proud of at GCSE level in 2020.

This has enabled the majority of pupils to move on to their first choice in their next phase of education. Our headline figures include:

• Our attainment 8 score was 42.66 
• 9% of all GCSE results were grade 7 or above
• In English and Maths, 32% of results grade 5 or above
• 66% of all GCSE results grade 4 or above

We are really proud of all our former Year 11 pupils and wish them the very best of luck as they embark on their next stage of education or training.
